Staying Put Services have been operating Small Repair Services
for the last 15 years. Currently we provide the following
services.
Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBK&C)
From the 1st April 2006 Staying Put Services are the new
provider of Small Repair services funded by RBK&C. Historically
Staying Put Services have provided a Small Repair Service for owner
occupiers and private tenants aged over 60 funded by charitable
donationss. 2006 is the first time that we have been formally
funded by RBK&C to provide a Small Repair Service for all
residents of RBK&C who are either over the age of sixty or
disabled and on a low income, and without anyone to help them.
City of Westminster
Since 2000 we have provided a Small Repair Service for people
over the age of 60 living in any form of tenure within the City of
Westminster. The project is funded by the Primary Care Trust.
Shepherds Bush Housing Association (SBHA)
- For the last five years we have operated a number of
initiatives on behalf of SBHA.
- A decorating initiative for oder people (you must be referred
by your Housing Officer for this project)
- Handyperson for a Day Scheme (for new tenants of SBHA)
- We also assist with day to day repairs
Women's Pioneer Housing Limited (WPHL)
We provide a Small Repair Service for any tenants referred to us
by WPHL.
