Keep Warm Grants up to £6,000 for central heating and insulation for home owners and private sector tenants receiving a means-tested benefit or with an annual income below £12,500.

Is your property in need of repair?

Tenant Renovation Grants up to £15,000 to carry out essential repairs for private sector tenants with a duty to carry out repairs to their property.

Home Improvement Grants up to £15,000 to carry out essential repairs for home owners and private sector tenants with a duty to carry out repairs to their property.

Would an adaptation help you be more independent at home?

Disabled Facilities Grants up to £25,000 for aids and adaptations for home owners and private sector tenants e.g. installation of a level access shower.

Do you need help with home safety and security?

Safe and Secure Grants up to £2,000 for home safety and security measures for home owners and private sector tenants with a disability and / or aged 60+ in receipt of a means-tested benefit or with an annual income of less than £12,500.
