HASKC provide free, confidential and
independent housing advice for people who live, work or study in
the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
HASKC provides advice, casework and advocacy in
all areas of housing law including:
- security of tenure
- homelessness
- housing benefit
- disrepair
- rent arrears
- harassment
- rent registration
- eviction
- leasehold issues
- housing options
HASKC provides a telephone and drop-in advice
service five days a week. Click here to
contact us.
If you are unable to attend the drop-in advice sesions due to age
or disability then HASKC can arrange an adviser to
visit you at home.
If English is not your first language then HASKC
will try to arrange a translator.
If you are faced with an emergency e.g. you have a bailiffs warrant
that day, then HASKC has an emergency service on
