“I really enjoyed every session from learning about different ingredients to the cooking which is something I wouldn’t of tried out if it wasn’t for this course. I’m not confident with cooking fresh food for meals only frozen food”.

“I really enjoyed the sessions because I am a new mum and wanted to improve my cooking skills before my daughter started eating family meals. The sessions were wonderful making food I never thought I would be able to prepare as well as having fun in a relaxed and friendly environment. It’s been a vital learning experience for me, I will really miss these sessions. They really helped me build my confidence in preparing and cooking food. Thanks”
