Staying Put Services (SPS), and the Home Improvement Agency team in particular, are fantastic according to the residents of Dominion Housing Group.

Contacted at very short notice to fit accessible showers residents in need, the team pulled out all the stops to make life easier for the residents and improve their quality of life.

The residents noted that the Home Improvement Agency team were 'very polite and carried out their work with a high degree of professionalism'.

A daughter of a satisfied resident said: "The new shower has made a great difference to my dad's life and all of us. He now showers five times a week, smells very fresh and feels happy".
