Furnish mezzanine
floor takes shape

Furnish
mezzanine floor nears completion
Furnish reach another level
Furnish has installed a mezzanine floor in its main warehouse at
20 Mitre Way, London, W10, which means 450 square metres of extra
furniture display space.
Staying Put Service's Community Furniture Store, has paid for the
improvements with funding from the Change Up programme, which helps
not-for-profit social enterprises that support families on low
incomes or state benefits.
Furnish can now raise the number of donated furniture collections,
increase its stock and therefore the number of clients it supplies
with furniture.
With extra volunteers to help run the recycling initiative now on
board, Project Manager Mark Hardy aims to see even more clients
each week.
"Our new mezzanine floor will allow us to offer clients a greater
choice of items, all under the same roof, and we can also increase
our recycling capacity," Mark concludes.
