Tony Benn Lends his SupportStaying Put ServicesMarch 2002

The Right Honourable Tony Benn joined Staying Put Services as the lead supporter of the organisation. As well as a lengthy career in politics, Mr Benn is also known for his diaries written between 1940 and 1990. He will lend his support through fundraising assistance and sponsoring the diverse projects undertaken by Staying Put Services.

Mr Benn says, "Staying Put Services offer a wide range of services to older and vulnerable local people. Such services include small repairs and the installation of aids and adaptations and they are a valued organisation to whom I can lend my name."

Staying Put Services Director Graham Raine says " We have a number of projects spanning three West London Boroughs. We are the main provider of free and independent Housing Advice in Kensington & Chelsea and we install aids and adaptations for tenants in Hammersmith & Fulham."
