Housing Services is pleased to announce the re-launch of the
housing advice service at the Craft Court office, commencing on

Thursdays: 10 - 5pm (last appointment

Appointments last an hour. All clients must be seen by appointment

attend due to health or mobility issues. Phone the Homeless
Prevention Caseworker on 020 8206 5908 to make an appointment.
What is the Homeless Prevention Service and what does it
cover?
The service provides free, independent and confidential advice
to people living, working or studying in London Borough of
Hammersmith and Fulham.
It offers advice surrounding homelessness prevention, improving
residents' knowledge of the housing options open to them, security
of tenure, tenancy sustainment, housing benefit, relationship
breakdown and possession proceedings.
Advocacy and representation for court hearings can also be
provided where necessary.
The service will maintain client confidentiality and an equal
opportunities policy to match, striving to deliver an invaluable
service for the community.
